Simulation analysis and experiment of instantaneous temperature field for grinding face gear with a grinding worm

چکیده

In this paper, a transient temperature calculation model for simulating grinding face gear with worm is proposed. Firstly, according to the principle of differential geometry, equations determining contact length and width instantaneous area between wheel are deduced. Based on method single abrasive particle cutting force heat, mathematical heat established, theoretical formula maximum teeth obtained. Secondly, finite element field moving load influence law process parameters tooth surface studied. Finally, validity simulation verified by multi-group testing experiments grinding.
